Meet Tim Volpert
For more than 30 years, Tim has represented individuals, businesses, neighborhood and other associations and public bodies in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Tim has handled well over 100 appeals, including arguing a landmark case before the U.S. Supreme Court - - Vernonia School District v. Acton. He has also litigated hundreds of cases in trial courts and administrative agencies. Tim is recognized as an Oregon “Super Lawyer” and as one of the Best Lawyers in America. Tim has also volunteered thousands of hours to our community and has been awarded the Oregon State Bar President's Award for Public Service and the Senior Law Project Award for Outstanding Service.
